Refund policy

You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order you can cancel the purchase without giving any reason. Notify us via our withdrawal form or by email at info@makeupstudio.nl.

Products must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging.

Hygiene exception: sealed products such as mascara, lipstick and other cosmetics with a hygiene seal cannot be returned once the seal has been broken. This is a statutory exception to the 14-day cooling-off right under EU consumer law (Art. 6:230p BW).

The cost of the products will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the return, via the original payment method. Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. wrong product or damaged package), shipping costs will also be refunded.
